The Dark Moon phase is often forgotten yet so very important
as it is the MOON’S savasana. Settle into your cozy space for
a beautiful HOUR LONG SOUND BATH. Holly will play her gongs
while you enjoy a deep and restful savasana. Her trained and
skillful playing will guide you into an effortless
meditative state- simply through sound and energy.
NO YOGA OR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
What to bring? Something to lie on, a comfy pillow,
your favorite blanket and a friend if you like.
