Come in from the cold & settle into your cozy space for an HOUR LONG SOUND BATH.
The sound vibrations from Holly’s gongs will lull you into an effortless meditative state.
You’ll enjoy a deep, restful journey of mind, body & soul.
One Full Hour of Gong Savasana beginning at 7 pm with vegan treats and tea to follow
NO YOGA OR MEDITATION EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Vegan treats & crystals will be offered to each attendee.
Come as you are, no special clothing required- just be comfortable.
Please bring something to lie on and your favorite pillow.
