Join us as we hold Sacred Space for every woman in this circle. On this night, we will celebrate and honor the connections we share as women, and the truths in our hearts.
By bearing witness in strength and support, we grow stronger, smarter and wiser. We heal one another by being ‘present’ for our Sisters in Spirit. Every voice, thought, feeling and experience has value, and whatever is shared in this space is sacred and confidential.
Enjoy a 45 – 60 minute Chakra Cleansing Gong Sound Bath followed by Yogi Tea and vegan cookies
as we share and honour the brave
We will be both seated and lying down. Please bring whatever you think you’ll need to be as comfortable as possible, such as: yoga mat, pillow, BackJack, notebook
