The Dark Moon phase is often forgotten. This important phase is known as the MOON’S savasana. Come in from the cold & settle into your cozy space for a beautiful HOUR LONG SOUND BATH. Holly will play her gongs while you enjoy a deep & restful journey of the mind, body & soul. Her trained and skillful playing will lull you into an effortless meditative state- simply through sound.
NO MEDITATION OR YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Vegan treats & crystals will be offered to each attendee.
Come as you are, no special clothing required-
just be comfortable.Please bring something to lie on and your favorite pillow.
