Sound Bath with Gongs and Crystal Bowls in the Yogazebo

Enjoy a full hour of healing sound as you lay in savasana after a short releasing and crystal ceremony followed by a progressive relaxation. The sound will lull you into an effortless meditative state where you may experience lucid dreaming. After that, you’ll be invited to enjoy vegan pastries and homemade yogi tea or Maple Lemonade. Everyone receives a crystal.
