The Gongs & Crystal Bowls Sound Bath is a sound immersion which produces a resonance and subtle rhythm throughout the body.
It’s complex harmonics create an acoustic ocean of sound waves
and energy flow which can be experienced as a form
of meditation and relaxation.
NO MEDITATION OR YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
Come as you are, no special clothing required, just be comfortable. Mats and blankets are available for use at the studio. Crystals will be offered to each attendee. Following the Sound Bath, vegan/gf refreshments and Holly’s homemade maple lemonade will be served.
