Your mind and body will be immersed in the mystical hum of the gongs for a full hour of Savasana, followed by yogi tea and vegan cookies. You’ll leave refreshed and ready to move forward with confidence, clarity and purpose.
Come as you are, no special clothing required- just be comfortable.
Please bring something to lie on and your favorite pillow.
