Enjoy a calming evening with Guest Presenter from Michigan, Holly Shay as she guides you through a few restorative Yin poses then plays GONGS and CRYSTAL BOWLS during an hour-long savasana. This program (event, session) will RELAX THE MIND and BODY through brief and supported asana then send you on a SPIRITUAL JOURNEY through SOUND, without you having to leave your mat!
The Vibrational Sound of the GONGS and CRYSTAL BOWLS will effortlessly lull you into a restful, meditative state and lucid dreaming. The gongs are symphonic and made of bronze, emitting intoxicating “HUMS” and “SWIRLS”. The bowls are made of 99.98% Quartz, tuned to 432 Hz (Nature’s frequency) with each bowl representing the corresponding chakra’s unique note. You’ll emerge feeling
refreshed, recharged and ready for anything!
Each participant will receive a crystal to keep. Vegan Treats and Maple Lemonade which
will be offered immediately following Savasana. There will be a drawing for a crystal gift
You may choose to skip the asana and enjoy the Sound only if you choose.
